Hi Everyone,
As the new coach for Riverplate, I just wanted to
introduce myself to everyone. I have met a few of you
and am very excited about being part of the Riverplate family.
A little about me. I grew up in Lake Highlands here in Dallas and played
varsity soccer there for all 3 years. I was selected
to the state team my senior year. I played forward for
my club team (Solar)and goalie for Lake Highlands. I
then played College ball for Hardin- Simmons
University and then A- league for a Costa Rican team.
I have been coaching club soccer for 12 years and
spent 7 as Coaching director of the Eclipse soccer
club in Rockwall. I have had teams in Division 1 and 2
Classic and in Premier league. My focus with this team
will be learning the game, developing skills,
positions, working as a team and if we when win while
doing that would be nice too. I will coach to the
teams strengths and teach them to have a purpose for
what they do on the field.
